How is payment for the containers made?
By transfer from abroad. Payment terms are specified on each product.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time includes production time once the order is closed, plus the vessel transit time. This process generally takes between 4 and 6 weeks, depending on the times specified in the product catalogue and on the manufacturer.
Do you offer transport and logistics services?
No. Goods are contracted under CIF or CFR incoterms, where the merchandise is delivered at the destination port prior to importation.
How can I track my order?
You can track your container on the shipping line's website. With the container number and the BL number you can follow the status of your cargo.
What guarantees do you offer on the containers?

What should I do if my container arrives damaged?
If your container arrives damaged and you chose to pay for CIF insurance (Cost, Insurance and Freight), after an inspection at origin and another at destination you can proceed to file a claim with the insurance company.
